We had so much fun playing tennis at the hotel! It was like a mini tournament with our friends. The courts were in great condition and we had a blast competing against each other. And let me tell you, the pool was off the hook! We spent all day swimming and chilling by the poolside. The cocktails were on point too. We felt like total VIPs!
If there's one thing I would ask for, it would be a more happening nightlife scene. Don't get me wrong, we had a blast during the day, but we were hoping for more parties or events in the evenings.

Outstanding staff, free upgrade to Suite with awesome terrace, friendly to dogs, great location near park and terme, high ceilings in Suite, cool atmosphere.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me as I prefer to stay in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I enjoyed walking down the tree-lined street to the funicular up to the hill town. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and I liked the hotel facilities provided. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more memorable.
Couldn't fault the hotel at all.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to local restaurants and stores. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a TV that had a CNN station in English. The staff were accommodating and provided great service. The breakfast was delicious and kept us full throughout the day.
The hotel was lacking mosquito nets on the windows, leaving us with souvenir mosquito bites.

The hotel had some nice Christmas decorations and live music on one of the nights we stayed. The bathrooms were clean and modern, and the towels were changed every day. The location was quiet, with a park nearby for walking.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very friendly or helpful. We also had to pay for Wi-Fi, which should be included in the price of the room.

The food was okay, I guess. At least they had free wifi in the lobby, even though they tried to keep it a secret for some reason. The location was good too, I could walk to the town and the funicular.
Oh, what a wonderful surprise to find out that our air-conditioned room didn't actually have air conditioning! And the food, well, it was beaten by three-star establishments.
